As part of the 75th anniversary of the Caldecott Medal, the Association for Library Service to Children (a division of ALA) is offering a free webinar entitled “Caldecott Uncovered: What You’ve Always Wanted to Know About the Caldecott Medal.” Participation is limited to 95 people. The discussion will cover all aspects of the Caldecott including how award committee members are chosen, how a book is chosen, and how members decide if a book is a picture book or not.
